PornDuet respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement.
Important Notice
PornDuet does not host, upload, or store any video content on its servers. All videos displayed on this website are provided by third-party APIs and hosted on external servers. We act solely as a search engine and content aggregator.
If your copyrighted content appears on a third-party hosting site, you should also contact that hosting provider directly to have the content removed at its source.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, you may notify our designated DMCA Agent. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material: Identify the material that you claim is infringing and provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the URL of the page containing the material).
- Contact information: Provide your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good faith statement: Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: Include a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Signature: Include your physical or electronic signature.
How to Submit a DMCA Notice
You can submit your DMCA takedown notice through our contact form or by sending an email with "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line.
Please include all the required information listed above. Incomplete notices may not be processed.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Response Time
We strive to process all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours. However, please note that since we do not host the actual content, removal from our search results does not remove the content from its original hosting location.
